Ingr:
Thick curds 2 cups
Pear cut into fine cubes 1/4 cup
Pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup
Raitha boondi 1/4 cup
Black salt 1 tsp
Cumin pd 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Pepper pd 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 sprig
Method:
- Beat the curds and mix with all spices and salt.
- Check for taste and adjust accordingly.
- Add the fruits and mix well. Keep aside.
- Just before serving, add raitha boondi .
- Serve sprinkled with coriander leaves.
Note: Fruit can be of choice.
