RECIPE:
Ingr:
Boiled eggs 4
Pepper pd 4 tsp
Oil 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
- Take boiled eggs; make tiny slits lengthwise on all sides as shown.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the eggs till they caramelise to a nice golden brown.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper and saute it for further 5 mts.
- When done, serve as a side dish.
