RECIPE: ( 3 tall glasses )
INGR:
Tea leaves 3 tsp
Sugar 6 tsp
Lemon 1/2
Mint leaves a few
Water 3 glasses (measure out from the
serving glasses)
Ice cubes 8-10
Method:
- Bring water and sugar to a boil in the tea kettle ; turn off the heat.
- Put in the tea leaves, cover with a lid and rest it for 5 mts.
- Filter and keep aside.
- Take serving glasses, squeeze some lemon into each as desired.
- Add ice cubes, a few mint leaves; pour the the filtered tea and serve chilled.
